- Tea Tree oil (antiseptic, anti-fungal, anti-viral, germicidal)
- Lavender (antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal)
- Thyme (anti-bacterial and anti-fungal)
Most users first buy the smaller bottle to try out. On their next order they buy the larger one to save money. The small bottle has a special insert and can be tilted to allow only one drop at a time to come out. The large bottle comes with an extra free dropper bottle that makes precise applications a breeze.
Apply one or two drops under the nail and on the nail bed using the easy-drop applicator, twice each day. If the nail has been thickened, file it thinner using a good quality
diamond grit file. Five drops in a foot bath does wonders for overall foot tinea.
**How to Transfer Nail Drops to small dropper bottle**
Unscrew the eyedropper cap from the small dropper bottle. Leave the dropper insert in the large bottle of Nail Drops; shake bottle well, then turn this bottle directly onto the small dropper bottle opening. Allow the drops to carefully fill into the smaller bottle, keeping it upright. This may take a minute or more. To avoid over-fililng, leave a generous space (1/2 inch) at the top of the smaller bottle. Avoid having the Toenail Drops liquid make conact with the rubber - it will last longer.

Caring for your feet
by Deborah Dowker
In my reflexology practice, I have come across many pairs of dry feet, some with heels so dry and cracked that they bleed. This can be quite painful. Other common places that I have found dry, sometimes cracked, skin are on the shins, knees, elbows and hands. The skin is often tighter and/or thinner over these areas. It is for these conditions that I made up the special formula for
Dry skin, Calluses, Diabetes, and
Dry skin can happen on any part of our body. The soles of our feet are particularly susceptible to being dry as they are without sebaceous (oil) glands, which lubricate our skin. These glands secrete sebum which prevents the evaporation of moisture from the skin. Since our feet lack this oil, we must take extra care of them.
Calluses are hardened, thickened places of skin that are usually found on your feet and heels. They can be softened by filing down on a regular basis, and by soaking your feet in a foot bath with a couple of squirts of
Diabetes is a condition that requires extra care. If you have diabetes, you must be careful when soaking your feet. Use your hand to determine that the water is not too hot before you put your feet in. Soak each foot for no more than five minutes at a time if you have diabetes, as the skin may become too soft and this can result in damage between the toes. If this does happen,
It is the perfect foot cream to put on at bedtime and let it work its wonders as you sleep.
